BOOKING. PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS: Booking deposits are non-refundable.  To secure your date a deposit is needed.  Final payment is required no later than the date of wedding.

 

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:  All parties involved with VC Media/ VC Weddings are not liable for any damage or loss of any gifts or personal possessions at anytime during the event.  Copy write of video/ content remain the property of VC Media/ VC Weddings.  VC Media/ VC Weddings may use photo/ video content for advertising or promotional work online and or media platforms.  This is optional and the couple must contact before booking that they do not wish to have their photo/ video content used for advertising.  Images are supplied via digital download.  It is suggested that you not only save your content to your computer but also save a copy to a USB or upload to online services such as Dropbox/ I cloud.  Digital content will be available for 14 days.  After 14 days content is archived and a additional cost of $50 is needed to re-upload content for another 14 days.  Edited content only.  Any interruption of Filming or Audio recording during time on location resulting in data corruption VC Media/ VC Weddings is not liable, (e.g tripod/ camera being pushed over and broken, Groom/ Celebrant disconnecting microphone, liquid damages). 

 

In the event of a close contact or COVID infection VC Media/ VC Weddings will refer wedding couples to other local professionals as a replacement.   VC Media/ VC Weddings isn’t liable as close contact/ infections are required to self-isolate.

     

RAWS/ UNEDITIED CONTENT:  Raw content is not included in packages unless specified.  If couple wants RAW content it will need to be booked before the date.  Sometimes RAW content is not unavailable after filming on the day.  RAW content is an additional cost.  Do not post RAW footage anywhere (e.g social media), edit footage into any videos or associate the un-edited footage as: Visual Creation Weddings, Visual Creation Media (VC Media, VC Weddings) work.  Unedited footage is an unfinished product.
